April 20, 2008 – Bromont, Quebec – The Bromont International Three Day Event - The
Todd Sandler Challenge is set for June 12-15, 2008, in Bromont, Quebec,
and will offer divisions at the CCI 3*, CCI 2*, CCI 1*, CIC 2*, and CIC
1* levels.
The addition of a new three-star course means that, in this Olympic year, Bromont will be an Olympic qualifier. This prestigious Canadian three-day event is recognized and sanctioned by the International Equestrian Federation (FEI).
Internationally renowned course designer Derek Di Grazia of the United States will put his signature on all levels of the cross-country courses. Competitors can expect an exhilarating ride as they fly over the expertly built obstacles constructed by Jay Hambly and his team. New ditches have already been added and approximately 30 new jumps will ready for the June event including a DJL Construction water jump installed last fall in preparation for this year’s competition.
The Bromont International Three Day Event - The Todd Sandler Challenge is one of the few equestrian competitions currently being held on a former Olympic site. The latest changes and upgrades demonstrate the organizing committee’s commitment to offering an opportunity for world-class competition to eventing athletes.
