January 10, 2016 – Wellington, FL – The unique SSG Gloves ‘Go Clean for the Green’ promotion returns to the Winter Equestrian Festival for the sixth year, offering $60,000 in bonus money to riders throughout the 12-week competition running January 13 through April 3, 2016, in Wellington, FL.

Based on the overwhelming success of the innovative sponsorship promotion, SSG Gloves will once again offer bonus money in the weekly Ruby et Violette WEF Challenge Cup Series, the Maybach – Icons of Luxury High Amateur-Owner Jumper Classic, and the Sleepy P High Junior Jumper Classic competitions. If the winning rider in any of these three competitions is wearing SSG ‘Digital’ style riding gloves with the SSG Gloves horse head logo clearly visible, they will be presented with a bonus during the awards presentation.

For the weekly Ruby et Violette WEF Challenge Cup Series held each Thursday, a $3,000 bonus will be awarded to the winning rider if they wear SSG ‘Digital’ style riding gloves with the SSG horse head logo clearly visible in the first round of competition and subsequent jump-off.

For both the weekly Sleepy P Ranch High Junior Jumper Classic and Maybach – Icons of Luxury High Amateur-Owner Jumper Classic, a bonus of $1,000 will be awarded to the winning rider if they wear SSG ‘Digital’ style riding gloves with the SSG horse head logo clearly visible in the first round of competition and subsequent jump-off.

“The concept of rewarding the riders with a cash bonus was something that I felt would be interesting for the sport of show jumping, and the 12-week Winter Equestrian Festival provided the perfect venue to execute it,” said Ed James, President of SSG Gloves. “The ‘Go Clean for the Green’ promotional bonus is contingent on the riders wearing our product, and we hope that those who participate will enjoy being rewarded for their loyalty.”

SSG ‘Digital’ Riding Gloves are available for purchase at numerous Wellington locations, including Tackeria, as well as on-site at the Winter Equestrian Festival show grounds at various retailers.
