Celebrating a historic 20 years of hosting top hunter/jumper competition in the Manchester region, the Vermont Summer Festival prides itself on offering exciting competition combined with a relaxed atmosphere.  This year the Vermont Summer Festival introduced ‘Equitation Tuesdays’, a chance for equitation riders to earn valuable points towards earning a berth at some of the nation’s most prestigious equitation finals, including the ASPCA Maclay Medal, United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) Show Jumping Talent Search, THIS (Taylor Harris Insurance Services) Children’s Medal, and the Pessoa/USEF National Hunter Seat Medal.

“We enjoyed another great year, with ‘Equitation Tuesdays’ proving to be a real success, offering our exhibitors the opportunity to earn additional points towards year-end finals during the Vermont Summer Festival,” said Ruth Lacey, Marketing Director for the Vermont Summer Festival.  “Overall, we attracted more competitors with a great combination of familiar faces as well as new customers from the U.S. and Canada.  Thank you to everyone who helps our horse show be successful.”

The 2014 Vermont Summer Festival will return to Harold Beebe Farm in East Dorset from July 1 through August 10, 2014.

The Vermont Summer Festival is a proud member event of the Show Jumping Hall Of Fame, the Marshall & Sterling League, and the North American League (NAL).  For more information about the Vermont Summer Festival, please e-mail: info@vt-summerfestival.com or visit www.vt-summerfestival.com.
