November 5, 2010 – Ottawa, Ontario – Greg Paull has joined Starting Gate Communications, one of North America’s leading equestrian public relations companies, in the role of Eventing Account Director.

Paull of Langley, BC, has an extensive background in marketing and public relations, having owned and operated his own corporate communications company in Toronto and having acted as Media Relations Officer for the Royal Horse Show in the mid-1990s. As a former event rider, Paull has often lent his talents to the sport of Eventing, acting as Chef d’Equipe and Team Manager of the Canadian Eventing Team at such major events as the 2006 World Equestrian Games in Aachen, Germany, as well as the 2004 Summer Olympic Games in Athens, Greece. Paull has also been a member of the Canadian Eventing High Performance Committee since 2000 and was instrumental in spearheading the inaugural Canadian Eventing Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony.
