February 14, 2010 – Wellington, FL – The fourth annual JustWorld International Horseless Horse Show at WEF will be held Saturday, February 20, at the FTI Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, FL. JustWorld International is a not-for-profit, humanitarian organization working as a catalyst for positive change in the developing world by helping children in impoverished communities. Equestrian Sport Productions, host of the FTI Winter Equestrian Festival, is a JustWorld Horse Show Partner.

Held in the DeNemethy Arena beginning at 4 p.m., this year’s Horseless Horse Show will offer something for children and adults of all ages. Various sponsor jumps will be placed throughout the arena by international course designer and JustWorld Technical Official Ambassador, Anthony D’Ambrosio, and participants will ‘jump’ the course on foot.

Divisions offered include the Antares Short Stirrup Jumpers division for children aged six to 10; the Whole Foods Children’s Jumpers division for children aged 14 and under; the ESP High Jump for children 12 and under; the Horseware Ireland High Jump open to all ages; the Brody Robertson Show Jumps Pair Relay open to all ages; and the Sportfot Grand Prix open to those 18 and under. A Mini-Stirrup supervised play area over jumps for kids under six years of age will also be open from 4 to 6 p.m.

The cost is $15 per entry per class, and ribbons and prizes will be awarded in every class. A raffle for a Brody Robertson Mini Jump will also be held, and JustWorld will launch its ‘Equestrians Saving for Just World’ Piggy Bank Drive. All class entry fees and raffle proceeds will support JustWorld project sites in Brazil, Cambodia, Guatemala, Honduras, and Senegal.

Entry forms are available at the Winter Equestrian Festival Exhibitor Services office or at Belle Herbe Farm in Grand Prix Village. Entry forms are also available on-line at www.justworldinternational.org.

With show jumping riders around the world signing up to become JustWorld Rider Ambassadors, Executive Director Jessica Newman has mobilized some of the sport's biggest names towards supporting JustWorld’s projects. There are currently over 280 Rider Ambassadors from 34 different countries, ranging from nine-year-old pony riders to Olympic medalists, who help bring attention to JustWorld International’s cause.

Founded in 2003, JustWorld International raises awareness and funds in the equestrian community to support humanitarian projects that benefit impoverished communities and children in the developing world.
